WHICH LEAGUE / DIVISION IS RIGHT FOR YOUR TEAM?

 

FXA Football offers several different league days and divisions (level of competition) for teams ranging in skill sets.  These are all separate leagues, so your team could play multiple days of the week.  

Tuesday Night Co-ed League

  • Social Division - This division should be played by recreational players only and allows players new to flag football & less experienced players to play a fun game without the intensity or pressure of winning.
  • Casual Division - This division should be played by experienced (youth, high school, or college) players or very athletic players that are looking for a competitive game built around other strong teams.
  • Competitive & Elite Divisions - These division are our most intense and competitive divisions. With experienced teams and players, this division offers a consistent high level of play and very competitive games, best suited for players who have played organized flag football for more than 4 years and are in good physical condition.

Thursday Night Co-ed League

  • Social Division - This division should be played by recreational players only and allows players new to flag football & less experienced players to play a fun game without the intensity or pressure of winning.
  • Casual Division - This division should be played by experienced (youth, high school, or college) players or very athletic players that are looking for a competitive game built around other strong teams.
  • Competitive Division - This division is our most intense and competitive division. With experienced teams and players, this division offers a consistent high level of play and very competitive games, best suited for players who have played organized flag football for more than 4 years and are in good physical condition.

Saturday Morning / Early Afternoon Co-ed League

  • Casual Division - This division should be played by recreational players only and allows players new to flag football & less experienced players to play a fun game without the intensity or pressure of winning.
  • Competitive Division - This division should be played by experienced (youth, high school, or college) players or very athletic players that are looking for a competitive game built around other strong teams.

  • This division is non-contact (except at the line) and should be played by recreational players only and allows players new to flag football & less experienced players to play a fun game of football.


Men's Wednesday Night League

  • Casual Division - This division is non-contact (except at the line) and should be played by recreational players only and allows players new to flag football & less experienced players to play a fun game of football without VFFA Rules.
  • Competitive Division - This division uses VFFA Rules (Bump-n-Run, FGs / PATs, & Kick-offs) and should be played by experienced (youth, high school, or college) players or very athletic players that are looking for a competitive game built around other strong teams.

Men's Thursday Night League

  • Casual Division - This division is non-contact (except at the line) and should be played by recreational players only and allows players new to flag football & less experienced players to play a fun game of football without VFFA Rules.
  • Competitive Division - This division uses VFFA Rules (Bump-n-Run, FGs / XPS, & Kick-offs) and should be played by experienced (youth, high school, or college) players or very athletic players that are looking for a competitive game built around other strong teams.

Men's Sunday Night League

  • Casual Division - This division is non-contact (except at the line) and should be played by recreational players only and allows players new to flag football & less experienced players to play a fun game of football without VFFA Rules.
  • Competitive Division - This division uses VFFA Rules (Bump-n-Run, FGs / PATs, & Kick-offs) and should be played by experienced (youth, high school, or college) players or very athletic players that are looking for a competitive game built around other strong teams.
  • Elite Division - This division uses VFFA Rules (Bump-n-Run, FGs / PATs, & Kick-offs) and is our most intense and competitive division. With experienced teams and players, this division offers a consistent high level of play and very competitive games, best suited for players who have played organized flag football for more than 4 years and are in good physical condition.
