FXA FOOTBALL REFEREE IMPORTANT INFO

 

     A.  ENTER GAME SCORES:

  1. Visit www.FXAFootball.com

  2. Enter your First and Last name (with a space in-between) in the top right corner

  3. Enter the password: scores

  4. Once the screen refreshes, click on the "Admin" in the top right corner

  5. Under the Teams box, click on the "Enter Game Results"

  6. Enter the scores (make sure to double check the before clicking the submit button at the bottom

  7. Enter your game notes in the comments section (if ne

  8. Click submit


    B.  PRINT OUR TEAM ROSTERS FOR ROSTER CHECKS

  1. Visit www.FXAFootball.com

  2. Click on the Schedules, Scores, & Standings 

 

 


     C.  Below are the instructions to enter Player Stats:

  1. Log In as you normally would to enter scores

  2. Under the top Team menu, select Enter Results

  3. Click on the gold box on the right side

  4. Enter the Game Results and include any comments about the game and any cards received

  5. Scroll down (Below the Ref assignments) and click on the Stats - Team name button

  6. Under Goals, enter the number of goals scored by each player.  We are only tracking goals scored, not assists.

  7. DO NOT CLICK THE BLUE SAVE BUTTON YET

  8. At the bottom, click the other team's Stats button to enter their stats (Stats - Team name)

  9. You will then be prompted with a "Confirm Navigation" box so click on the Leave this Page button.  Clicking this button will save the stats you just entered

  10. Repeat steps 6 & 7 for the other team's goals

  11. Finally, click on the Blue Save Button to submit both teams stats



    D.  FIELD INSTRUCTIONS & LIGHTS INFORMATION

    First off, Please make sure the teams/players clean up after themselves after each game, and throw away their trash!  

    Chantilly HS Stadium Turf Field

    The lights need to be turned on & off via push button at the light box location.  

    First, you will need the key to open the lights box, which is located in a grey/black key shaped lock box attached to the top of the grey lights box on the light pole straight ahead as you're walking to the field (passing the tennis courts).  Once you get the key, the on/off buttons are located in the gray metal lights box below the key lock box

    You will just need to push the ON button and lights will come on.  At 11pm, or after the games are finished, you will need to push the OFF button to turn the lights off.  The lights DO NOT automatically turn off at 11pm.  Once the lights are off, close the lock on the lights box, return the key back to the key lock box, close it, and spin the numbers. 

     

    Westfield HS Stadium Turf Field

The lights need to be turned on & off via push button at the light box location.  

First, you will need the lights box key, which is located in a grey/black key shaped lock box attached to the middle of the main entrance gate below the Health Notice Sign.  

Once you get the key, the on/off buttons are located in a gray metal lights box attached to the left side of the Press Box on the Home Bleachers (right side bleachers as you walk down the hill towards the field).

You will just need to push the ON button and lights will come on.  At 11pm, or after the games are finished, you will need to push the OFF button to turn the lights off.  The lights DO NOT automatically turn off at 11pm.  Once the lights are off, please return the key back to the key lock box, close it, and spin the numbers. 

Lastly, before you leave, please make sure to lock up all perimeter gates into the Stadium.
